Lisa Rose

Lisa Rose, CEBS, QKA, currently serves as Senior Director of Benefit Services at the National Automobile Dealers Association since November 2015, where responsibilities include addressing member issues and ensuring vendor partnership success with Empower Retirement. Prior experience includes roles such as Benefit Services Director at NADA Retirement and Senior Manager of Business Development & Client Services at NADA Retirement Administrators Inc., where Lisa managed staff training and client relationship management. Lisa's extensive background in retirement services extends back to 1994 with roles focusing on client retention and communication management. Educational qualifications include a CEBS degree from The Wharton School and QKA certification from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, along with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from James Madison University.
