The Human Resources & Legislative Affairs Team at NADA is responsible for managing employee relations and internal HR policies, as well as advocating for policies and legislation that benefit franchised new car and truck dealerships. The team works to ensure regulatory compliance, facilitate communication between dealers and policymakers, and promote workforce development within the industry.
