Angela Petrucci

Angela Petrucci has extensive experience in the banking and legal industries. Angela currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at National Bank Holdings Corp, a position they have held since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked at NBH Bank from 2015 to 2020, starting as the Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel before being promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel. From 2007 to 2015, Angela worked at Accenture as the Senior Corporate and Securities Counsel and later as the Corporate and Securities Counsel. Before that, they were an Associate at Chapman and Cutler, LLP from 2005 to 2007. Angela began their career in 1998 at Bank One (now JPMorgan Chase) as an Assistant Vice President, where they stayed until 2002.

Angela Petrucci obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Notre Dame Law School between 2002 and 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and International Business at the University of Notre Dame from 1994 to 1998.
