Chelsea Cavanagh, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chelsea currently serves as the Chief Analyst for Sustainable Investment at National Bank Investments since February 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Consultant at EY, specializing in Climate Risk from July 2021 to January 2022, and in Non-Financial Risk from February 2018 to June 2021.

In addition to their consulting experience, Chelsea also served as the Internal Director at Science & Policy Exchange from June 2016 to May 2018 and as a Strategic Initiatives Advisor at McGill University from October 2016 to February 2018. Chelsea has also worked as a Consultant at Abstractys and a Writer at Meta Science News in 2016.

Chelsea obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Neuroscience from McGill University from 2010 to 2016. Prior to their doctoral studies, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Anatomy and Cell Biology at McGill University from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their academic achievements, Chelsea Cavanagh also holds a Sustainability and Climate Risk Certification from the GARP SCR Program, which they obtained in November 2021.
