Cynthia Hernandez

Cynthia Hernandez, B.A.A., is a Lean certified professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Partenaire conseil Expérience employé at Banque Nationale du Canada since June 2022, Cynthia previously held various HR roles at Société québécoise du cannabis from July 2018 to June 2022, including Partenaire d'affaires ressources humaines and Technicienne RH. Prior to that, Cynthia worked at Héma-Québec in talent acquisition and staffing roles between July 2012 and July 2018, and began a career in customer service at SAQ and Bell from 2010 to 2012. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and multiple certificates from UQAM, as well as a certificate in human resources management from HEC Montréal.
