Irfhan Rawji

Irfhan Rawji is a seasoned professional in venture capital, finance, and academia, currently serving as Managing Partner at Realize Capital Partners since 2022, where the firm manages investments for Canada's Social Finance Fund. Rawji also holds the position of Managing Partner at Relay Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm, since 2016. In addition to multiple board memberships, including the National Bank of Canada and PBA Group of Companies, Rawji is the Founder and Executive Chair of MobSquad, a company providing consulting services to North American tech startups. Rawji's educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BCOM in Finance from The University of British Columbia, where Rawji also serves as an Adjunct Professor.
