Jessica Lawson

Jessica Lawson is a seasoned professional in the field of risk management and foreign exchange sales, currently serving as Managing Director of the Risk Management Solutions Group at the National Bank of Canada since October 2018. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of Director of Foreign Exchange Sales at CIBC World Markets from November 2006 to September 2018, where responsibilities included developing and nurturing corporate and commercial client relationships while distributing various foreign exchange products. Jessica's career also includes an earlier role as Associate in Foreign Exchange Sales at HSBC and experience as an Account Manager in Commercial Banking. Additionally, Jessica was a professional basketball player from 2000 to 2001. Jessica holds an MBA from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maine.
