Ryan Cote

Ryan Cote is an experienced audit professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Internal Audit for Wealth Management and Financial Markets at the National Bank of Canada since November 2009. In this role, Ryan leads a team focused on auditing Wealth Management and Operations. Prior to this position, Ryan held the role of Manager in Internal Audit, where responsibilities included managing audit mandates across Wealth Management, Operations, and Compliance sectors. Before joining the National Bank, Ryan spent a decade at PwC as a Senior Manager in the Audit Assurance Group, overseeing financial statement audits for various public and private companies in retail, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing sectors. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Ottawa, obtained in 1999.
