Yulia Selivanova is an experienced project and delivery manager currently serving at the National Bank of Canada since August 2018, with a focus on Agile methodologies. Yulia has held multiple roles including Project Manager and Delivery Manager, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating project work, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and monitoring project performance.
