Patrick Carlton

Patrick Carlton has extensive experience in the banking industry, with their most recent position as Regional President at SouthState Bank starting in 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Community President at CenterState Bank starting in 2019. From 2017 to 2019, Patrick held the role of President - Birmingham at National Bank of Commerce. Before that, they worked at the same bank as the Senior Vice President of Private & Professional Banking Manager from 2013 to 2017, and as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking from 2010 to 2013. Patrick's career began at First American Bank in 2006, where they held the position of Vice President of Commercial Banking until 2010. Patrick started their banking career at Regions Bank in 1999, also as Vice President of Commercial Banking, and worked there until 2006.

Patrick Carlton attended Hampden-Sydney College from 1995 to 1996. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Mississippi from 1996 to 1999, where they majored in Marketing.
