Ashraf Helmy

Ashraf Helmy is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in risk management and credit analysis. Currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer at National Bank of Egypt UK Ltd since November 2020, Ashraf has previously held significant roles including Credit Executive for Europe and America at ANZ from July 2015 to November 2020, and Director at UBS Investment Bank from March 2005 to August 2014. Earlier career positions include EMEA Manager at ING and Equity Analyst at HSBC. Ashraf began in corporate finance as an analyst at American Express. Ashraf holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Surrey.
