Ahmed Hafez

Ahmed Hafez is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles in prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager and Head of Platinum Service at the National Bank of Egypt since January 2021, Ahmed also holds the position of Senior Branch Manager at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. With a career spanning over 18 years, Ahmed has held multiple roles at Union National Bank, including AVP & Relationship Manager, Branch Manager, and Customer Service Manager, demonstrating a strong ability to meet financial targets and manage customer service effectively. Ahmed’s earlier experience includes a Sales Executive role at Sharjah Islamic Bank, where skills in sales and customer relationship management were honed. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, earned from El Zamalek Preparatory & Secondary School.
