Ahmed Raafat has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as an Assistant Manager for Merchant Acquiring Anti-fraud at the National Bank of Egypt since March 2012. In this role, Ahmed effectively manages retail clients' fraud risk activities and processes, aligning them with business strategy to minimize fraud losses while meeting customer charter goals. Prior to this position, Ahmed worked in the card service department at Union National Bank from August 2010 to February 2012, where responsibilities included tracking and controlling activities and ensuring compliance with service level agreements for card dispatch and replacements. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Helwan University, completed in 2010.
