Haythem Soliman

Haythem Soliman is a seasoned finance and operations executive with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at the National Bank of Egypt since April 2019, Haythem manages card issuance operations and oversees acquiring bank activities. Previously, Haythem held the role of Acting Chief Financial Officer at NBE, leading strategic financial initiatives and automating processes. With a robust background in financial management across various institutions including Al Ahly Bank of Kuwait and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Haythem has demonstrated expertise in stakeholder relations, capital management, and strategy formulation, contributing to significant growth. Academic qualifications include an EBI Leadership Program from Harvard Business School and multiple degrees in Economics.
