Ibrahim Wahid Shehata

Ibrahim Wahid Shehata has extensive experience in the banking and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Manager at the National Bank of Egypt since June 2012, Ibrahim has held various positions focusing on managing commercial portfolios and enhancing client relationships within the business banking sector. Ibrahim's prior roles include supervisory and analyst positions within medium and large SMEs, as well as senior relationship management in retail banking. In addition to banking, Ibrahim co-founded Youth Empowerment and Success for Development (YES), an organization dedicated to empowering youth and fostering leadership skills. Earlier involvement includes leading roles in Enactus, where Ibrahim promoted entrepreneurial solutions to social challenges. Ibrahim's educational qualifications include certifications from the National Institute for Sustainable Development and Governance and the Egyptian Banking Institute, along with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management from Benha University.
