Islam Gamal Eldin

Islam Gamal eldin has extensive experience in the banking industry, currently serving as a Team Leader Fraud Investigator at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) since January 2017, following roles as a Senior Fraud Investigator and Fraud Analyst. Previous experience includes working as a Customer Service Agent at CIB Egypt and completing trainee positions at ALEXBANK and NBE, where foundational skills in customer service and banking operations were developed. Islam holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Cairo University, obtained from 2012 to 2016, and completed high school at Mubarak Language School.
