Ramy Fayez

Ramy Fayez currently serves as a Treasury & ALM instructor at the Egyptian Banking Institute since January 2024. With extensive experience at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) since June 2005, Ramy holds the position of Deputy General Manager and Head of Treasury ALM, overseeing market research, product development, and funds transfer pricing (FTP). Key responsibilities include preparing trading and maturity mismatch reports, managing cash flow forecasts, and formulating treasury strategies. Previous roles at NBE encompass Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) focusing on ICAAP and IFRS9 reporting, Market Risk Supervisor, and Asset and Liability Management Officer.
