Independent Non-Executive Board Member at National Bank of Greece

Ms. Anne Marion-Bouchacourt was appointed Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of National Bank in April 2020.

During her long career she has served in various positions, gaining extensive experience in the areas of human resources and culture, accounting and financial audits , while also possessing significant experience in matters of strategy, organization and business transformation.

Ms. Anne Marion-Bouchacourt has significant experience in the banking sector and has served in senior positions in international financial organizations and companies. Among other things, he has served as a senior executive of the Societe Generale group with a career of more than 15 years, in particular, as Group Chief Country Officer for China (2012 - 2018), as Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Human Resources (2006-2012) and has also worked as an auditor (1981 - 1986) and as a consultant (1986 - 1999) at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), having been appointed Director of PWC's Financial Services sector, while he had also been a strategy and organizational consultant at Solving International (2002 - 2004) and at Gemini Consulting (1999 - 2002).

He is the President of the Societe Generale Private Banking Switzerland, Group Country Head of Societe Generale for Switzerland and CEO of Societe Generale Zurich, non-executive member at Credit du Nord, as well as independent non-executive member at Ipsos. In addition, he serves as President of the 'Conseillers du Commerce extérieur de la France (Suisse)' and as a member of the Board of Directors of the 'Association des banques étrangères en Suisse'.

Ms. Marion-Bouchacourt graduated from École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP), holds a Master's degree in Economics from Paris Dauphine University and is a certified auditor.
