Dr. Gregory Charalabopoulos

Dr. Gregory Charalabopoulos is a seasoned expert in IT risk governance and information security, currently serving as a Group IT Risk Governance Specialist and Head of the Information Security Risk Management Team at the National Bank of Greece since May 2001. His extensive background in telecommunications includes roles as a Telecommunications Specialist at the bank and previous positions as a Technology Consultant and Project Manager at Lannet Communications S.A. and as a Telecommunications Consultant and Product Manager at Siemens Telecommunications Greece S.A. Dr. Charalabopoulos holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in 4G Mobile Telecommunications and a Master of Science (MSc) in Communications & Radio Engineering from King's College London, along with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
