George Moraitis

George Moraitis is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in corporate transaction banking, payments, and cash management. Currently serving as Head of Corporate Transaction Banking at the National Bank of Greece since August 2020, George also holds the role of Head of Payments and Cash Management Solutions within the same sector. Prior experience includes leadership positions at HSBC as Country Head of Global Liquidity & Cash Management, and at Eurobank EFG as Head of Business Development for Corporate Transaction Banking. George's earlier roles include Business Development Officer at Bank Information Systems and Project Manager at IBM Hellas, supplemented by an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management and an MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
