Niki Polychronaki

Niki Polychronaki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital presence, communications, and marketing management. Currently serving as Head of Digital Presence and Communications at the National Bank of Greece since July 2019, Niki previously held key positions at Aegean Airlines for over a decade, where responsibilities included overseeing digital marketing strategy and managing communications in international markets. Niki's earlier roles include Product Manager at Europcar Greece, where a focus on cost-efficient customer acquisition was achieved, and Marketing Associate at Ulysses Systems, contributing to the development of a new contact management system. Niki began a professional career as an Auditing Analyst at Minoan Lines, later transitioning to Project Manager in the International Cargo Department, significantly boosting cargo turnover. Niki holds an MBA from Brunel University of London and a BS in Marketing Management from The American College of Greece.
