Olympia Sparaki has over a decade of experience in project and supply chain management, currently serving as the Group Procurement & Demand Management Senior Manager at the National Bank of Greece since March 2019, focusing on continuous improvement projects and reporting. Prior roles include Project Manager at OCTANE Management Consultants and Douleutaras.gr, and Supply Chain Strategy Senior Consultant at Accenture. Olympia's career began at Frigoglass as a Sales Administration & Logistics Assistant, followed by positions in demand planning at Colgate Palmolive and L'Oreal. Olympia holds an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management and a degree in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business.
