Bassem al Salem

Bassem Al Salem serves as the Chairman of the Board for multiple organizations, including Capital Bank of Jordan, National Bank of Iraq, Capital Investments, and the Association of Banks in Jordan since 2010. Their role as a board member extends to Royal Jordanian, Al Hussein Fund for Excellence, and Packing Industries Companies. Bassem Al Salem founded and held the position of CEO at Packaging Industries Company from 1987 to 2022 and is the founder and former Chairman of the United Company for the Manufacture of Flavors. Additionally, Bassem Al Salem chaired the Board at King's Academy from 2014 to 2021. Bassem Al Salem holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London.
