Susan Maina

Susan Maina has over 17 years of experience in the banking and human resource sectors, currently serving as the Branch Operations Manager at the National Bank of Kenya since May 2006. Previously held positions include Cash Team Leader and Teller Champion, with responsibilities focused on cash and customer service operations. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resource Assistant at Nampak (K) Ltd from October 2003 to December 2005. Susan Maina holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from JKUAT Main Campus and the Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
