Abdullah Ghassan Alothman

Abdullah Ghassan Alothman is a finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and public policy. Currently serving as a Principal in the International Banking Group at the National Bank of Kuwait since January 2024, Abdullah focuses on group investments and operates within the bank's proprietary fixed income desk. Prior to this role, a sabbatical was taken in late 2023 after a significant tenure at NBK Capital from April 2017 to September 2023, where Abdullah progressed through multiple positions from Junior Analyst to AVP in Investment Banking. Additional experience includes roles at Louis Berger and Youth Policy Labs as a Public Policy Research Associate, the Clinton Foundation as an Impact Metrics contributor, and Kiva focusing on Strategic Initiatives and Impact Investment. Abdullah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance from Bentley University, along with a minor in Global Studies.
