Leah Lopez-Gorospe

Leah Lopez-Gorospe currently serves as Head of Operations at the National Bank of Kuwait since October 2025. Prior to this role, Leah held various positions at Lloyds Banking Group from December 2014 to June 2025, including Senior Vice President, where responsibilities included overseeing banking operations, vendor management, operational risk assessments, and process optimization across lending and trade services. Leah also managed large-scale system automation and compliance projects and led the Risk-Free Rate transition project. Earlier experiences at Lloyds North America and Lloyds Banking Group involved loan facility administration and operational project leadership. Leah holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in Project Management from Cardiff University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of San Carlos.
