Mazen N. is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Executive Manager and Head of the Compensation & Benefits and Organizational Development Department at the National Bank of Kuwait since May 2017. In this role, Mazen N. directs the development of comprehensive compensation strategies to ensure the bank maintains a competitive position in both local and international markets.
