Shaikha K. Al-Bahar

Shaikha Al-Bahar serves as the Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer at the National Bank of Kuwait since 2010 and has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at NBK Egypt and Chairperson at both National Bank of Kuwait — France and NBK Egypt since 2019. Additionally, Shaikha holds a Board Member role at National Bank of Kuwait (International) PLC since 2015. Previous involvement includes serving as a member of Kuwait’s Supreme Council for Planning and Development from 2017 to 2021. Shaikha has pursued extensive executive education at prestigious institutions, including Duke University, Harvard Business School, INSEAD, National University of Singapore, Stanford University, and Wharton Executive Education.
