Olga Rusu

Olga Rusu has significant experience in the banking and financial sectors, currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Systemic Risk Analysis Division within the Financial Stability Department at the National Bank of Moldova since November 2013. Previously held positions include Head of Division, Deputy Head of Division, Head of Section, and Economist, demonstrating a progression of responsibility and expertise in financial stability and risk management. Additionally, Olga Rusu serves as a Growth Consultant for startups and companies since March 2022 and has prior experience as an Economist and Accountant at Banca de Economii S.A., along with internships in banking operations. Olga Rusu holds a Master's degree in Banking Administration and a Licentiate degree in Finance from the Academia de Studii Economice din Moldova.
