Ausama Memon

Ausama Memon is an experienced professional in human resources and industrial relations, currently serving as the Section Head of Industrial Relations at the National Bank of Pakistan since February 2018. This role includes leading negotiations with collective bargaining agents, resolving employee grievances, and managing various HR processes such as flexible working requests and performance management. Previously, Ausama held several positions at Allied Bank Limited, including Trade Officer and Quality Assurance Officer, where responsibilities included processing trade transactions and conducting staff training. Ausama began the career as an intern at Silkbank Limited and holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Edinburgh Business School, along with an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology and a BBA in Finance from Isra University.
