Farooq Ahmed

Farooq Ahmed currently serves as the Group Head of the Internal Control Group at the National Bank of Pakistan since December 2019, where the focus is on enhancing the design and implementation of internal controls. Previously, Farooq held the position of Divisional Head of the Compliance Group at the same institution, overseeing regulatory compliance and interactions with the State Bank of Pakistan. Farooq also served as Senior Vice President at the National Bank of Pakistan from January 2010 to December 2017, contributing to the bank's operational excellence over several years.
