Naushaba Shahzad

Naushaba Shahzad has been in the banking industry for several years, currently serving as the Head of Inclusion, Innovation & Capacity Building Division at Inclusive Development Group. Previously, Naushaba held various leadership roles at First Women Bank, including Acting President & CEO, Group Head Risk Management Division, Head of Recovery Division, Head of Credit & Risk Management, and Head of Credit Administration Division. Naushaba also has experience as the Head of Financial Services Desk and Head of Foreign Exchange. Naushaba holds an MBA in Banking and Finance from the Institute of Business Administration and an MSc in Statistics from the University of the Punjab.
