Taimur Ansar Sheikh is a seasoned professional in the field of information technology and cyber security with a career spanning over two decades. Since January 2005, Taimur has held multiple roles at the National Bank of Pakistan, including Assistant Vice President, Sr IS Audit Lead, and Info & Cyber Security Auditor, focusing on risk assessment, development of annual IT audit plans, and compliance with internal and international standards like COBIT and ISO 27001. Prior experience includes positions at Nexgen Technologies Inc., where Taimur developed ERP solutions, Future Souls (Pvt.) Ltd., with a focus on web hosting strategies, and Ashcraft Insurance Company Inc. in Virginia, USA, where Taimur implemented IT strategies for business expansion. Taimur holds a Master's degree in Computer Sciences with a specialization in Software Engineering from Hamdard University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of the Punjab.
