Alexis Mutabazi

Alexis Mutabazi is a skilled finance professional with extensive experience in banking and auditing. Currently serving as a Bank Examiner at the National Bank of Rwanda since November 2021, Alexis oversees the financial stability of banks through rigorous on-site supervision and compliance with banking regulations. Prior experience includes a role as a Financial and Compliance Auditor at the Office of the Auditor General - SAI Rwanda from November 2019 to November 2021, and an internship as an Audit Professional at KPMG from January 2019 to June 2019. Academically, Alexis holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Rwanda, a CPA qualification from the Institute of Certified Public Accountant in Rwanda, and a Certificate in Finance and Financial Management Services from the Corporate Finance Institute. Currently, Alexis is pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Management at the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
