Blandine Mukaneza

Chief Internal Auditor at National Bank of Rwanda (NBR)

Blandine MUKANEZA has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and auditing. Starting in 2001, they worked as an Auditeur at the Office of the Auditor General - SAI Rwanda until 2004. Blandine then moved on to the National Bank of Rwanda (NBR), where they held various roles from Senior Internal Auditor to Chief Internal Auditor. In 2017, they joined the Macroeconomic & Financial Management Institute of Eastern and Southern Africa (MEFMI) as a Member of the Finance and Audit Committee. In 2022, they took on the position of Vice Présidente du Bureau Indépendent d'Evaluation at FAGACE and continued their role as a Member of the Finance and Audit Committee at MEFMI.

Blandine MUKANEZA attended Groupe Scolaire Notre Dame de Citeaux for an unspecified period with no specified degree or field of study. Blandine then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics at the National University of Rwanda. After completing their undergraduate studies, Blandine furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Rwanda. Additionally, they achieved the certification of "Auditeur certifié des systèmes d'information (CISA)" from ISACA in September 2023.
