Josephine Iragena

Josephine IRAGENA is a Senior Analyst at the National Bank of Rwanda, with experience in insurance matters, green finance, fintechpolicy, anti-money laundering, contract and negotiation management, legislative drafting, and development of strategic policies and procedures. Josephine also has skills in customer care service delivery and institutional development. Previously, Josephine owned the Universal Wellbeing Center, providing wellness and fitness services to investors in Rwanda. Josephine has also worked as a Junior Legal Officer at the Rwanda Development Board and as an Assistant Lawyer at Avocats Sans Frontières. Josephine holds a Postgraduate Degree in Legal Practice and a Master's degree in International economic and business law.
