John Hochstein

John Hochstein has a solid work experience in the meat industry. John began their career at Cargill in 1987 as a QA Supervisor and later moved on to various roles such as Protein By-Product Manager and Hide Sales. John eventually became AVP Hides & Skins, where they had P&L, sales, marketing, and new product and customer responsibilities. John worked with various hide products, including wet salted hides, wet blue, wet white, LiteHide, raw hide pet chews, lime splits, and calf skins. In 2016, they joined the National Beef Packing Company LLC as Vice President Hide & Leather Sales.

John Hochstein attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science.
