Katy Satree-Rucker

Katy Satree-Rucker is an experienced professional with a strong background in the agricultural and meat sciences industries. Currently serving as a Business Operations Analyst at National Beef Packing Company LLC since May 2016, Katy also manages the family-operated Doug Satree Cattle Company. Katy has a solid academic foundation, holding a Master's degree in Animal Sciences from Oklahoma State University, where coursework took place from August 2014 to May 2016, and a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences with a focus on Meat Science Business from Texas Tech University, obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior educational qualifications include an Associate’s degree in Agriculture from Butler Community College, completed between 2010 and 2012.
