Tatiana Alarcon has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Tatiana began their career in 2005 as a Graphic Designer for the Home Goods Department at Grupo Éxito before moving on to work as a Studio Manager at Jose Luis Ruiz Photography from 2006 to 2008.

In 2008, Tatiana joined Hellmann Worldwide Logistics and held various positions within the company. Tatiana started as a Presentation Specialist and was later promoted to Creative Design Manager, Creative Design Director, and finally, Graphic Designer. Tatiana'stenure at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics lasted until 2016.

Since 2016, Tatiana has been working at National Beverage Corp. Tatiana initially joined as a Graphic Design & Brand Development Manager and is currently serving as the Director of Innovation & Strategy.

Tatiana Alarcon's education history includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, which they pursued from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Art/Art Studies, General from Instituto Bellas Artes Medellin. Additionally, they completed their high school education at Colegio Montessori Medellin from 1996 to 2002. In 2008 and 2009, they attended Arts Institute - Miami Arts University, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Fashion Merchandising.
