Chelsea Hilty has a background in environmental education and community engagement, with experience at organizations such as National Bleeding Disorders Foundation, Group Against Smog and Pollution, and Tree Pittsburgh. As the Executive Director of the West Virginia Chapter at NBDF, Chelsea focused on organizing events and securing funding to support the bleeding disorders community. Chelsea also served as a Sustainability Fellow at Tree Pittsburgh, educating the community on the benefits of Pittsburgh's urban forest. Chelsea's experience includes roles as a Naturalist Educator at Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy and a STEM Star Instructor at Carnegie Science Center. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
