Allison Bitner, MS, LPC, NCC, NCSC, is an experienced professional in the field of counseling, currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert in Examination Development at The National Board for Certified Counselors since March 2023 and as a Professional School Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor with Estacada School District 108 since August 2023. Previous roles include School Counselor Site Supervisor at Grand Canyon University and Utah State University, and Mentor School Counselor at Capella University and Siuslaw School District 97J. Throughout the career, significant contributions include providing case consultation, coaching new counselors and social workers, and orienting professionals to district policies, state laws, and ethics.
