Elisa Moll began her career in research at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, supporting injury research projects. She moved into the clinical research field and transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry where she led global clinical trials for several compounds, and then transitioned to a strategic role supporting clinical development teams in creating their patient and investigator recruitment strategies. After nearly 15 years in the industry, she transitioned to NBME where she is currently Vice President, Strategy Management. Over the course of her 6 years at NBME, she has contributed to various initiatives including strategic planning efforts, process improvement projects, and organizational change implementations. She currently leads the Office of Strategy Management and is responsible for leading the organization through the strategy management process from inception through implementation to drive long-range organizational goals. Elisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in biophysics from the University of Pennsylvania, a Management Certificate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Science degree in public health from Thomas Jefferson University.
