Martina Westcott

Martina Westcott, MPH, currently serves as a STEP 2 USMLE Clinical Skills Exam Developer for the National Board of Medical Examiners, a role held since March 2014, where responsibilities include designing and developing case materials for standardized patient testing and directing video production. In addition to this position, Martina has been a Swim Instructor at the YMCA since 2005, providing lessons for various skill levels. Previously, from 2008 to 2014, Martina was the Nutrition Programming Supervisor at the University of Pennsylvania, leading a team to create impactful nutrition education programs for high school students, securing over $1M in USDA funding, and conducting numerous nutrition lessons. Other experiences include research roles at the Annenberg School for Communications and Wills Eye Surgery Center, where administrative and research tasks contributed to enhanced public health outcomes. Martina holds a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health with a Philosophy Minor from the University of Pennsylvania.
