Justin Koenig D.O. FACOS, FACS is a highly experienced medical professional currently serving as the Trauma Medical Director and Trauma Surgeon at Elkhart General Hospital since April 2022. Additionally, Justin holds the position of Co-Chair for the Trauma Disaster Preparedness Committee at Beacon Health System since July 2019. At Memorial Hospital of South Bend, Justin has been the Medical Director of Robotic Surgery and a Trauma/General Surgeon since May 2019. Justin is a Fellow of both the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons and serves as National Faculty for Surgery at NBOME. As an Oral Board Examiner for the American Osteopathic Association, Justin also contributes to medical education as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Indiana University School of Medicine and Clinical Assistant Professor at Marian University Indianapolis.
