Jimmy Spruill

Jimmy Spruill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management within the manufacturing and energy sectors. Currently semi-retired from National Boiler Service, Inc. since March 2018, Jimmy previously served in various roles at Domtar from 1996 to 2018, including DMSI Site Lead and Senior Project Engineer, focusing on the reliability of Recovery and Power Boilers and the implementation of the MainTelligent and SAP software systems. Prior to Domtar, Jimmy held positions at Weyerhaeuser as an Electrical/Instrument Planner and Journeyman, and began a career at Virginia Electric Power Company as a Substation Engineering Technician. Educationally, Jimmy holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Electronic Technology from Pitt Technical Institute, completed in 1971.
