Annie Cavalier, MS, RDN, LD, is a registered dietitian currently employed at UT Southwestern Medical Center since April 2021, where responsibilities include conducting nutrition assessments, providing Medical Nutrition Therapy, and participating in multidisciplinary healthcare rounds.
