Shauna Forde

Shauna Forde is an experienced product manager currently working at National Broadband Ireland since March 2021, where responsibilities include supporting product functions and managing relationships with broadband service providers and the Government. Prior to this role, Shauna held various positions at eir Ireland from September 2016 to March 2021, focusing on mobile propositions and customer journey transformation, leading initiatives such as the launch of GoMo and the "No Limits Data" campaign. Shauna's earlier experience includes roles at An Post, Web Summit, and KPMG. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Product Management and a Postgraduate Degree in Product Management from Technological University Dublin, as well as a BBS from Trinity College Dublin.
