Scott Blair

Scott Blair is an accomplished editor and industry leader with extensive experience in engineering and construction media. Currently serving as Editor-in-Chief at Engineering News-Record since March 2008, Scott leads a large editorial team and oversees content creation across various platforms. Previous roles include Managing Editor and Deputy Editor - Regions, contributing to brand quality and policy development. In addition to editorial duties, Scott is a member of the Board of Trustees at the National Building Museum and serves on the Creative Impact Board for the Arizona State University Art Museum, focusing on social justice and innovation in arts engagement. Prior experience includes leadership positions at McGraw-Hill Construction, where Scott served as Editor-in-Chief for both ENR Southwest and Northwest Construction magazines.
