Samuel Kusotera

Samuel Kusotera is a seasoned ICT professional with extensive experience in network administration and support. Currently serving as a Senior ICT Network Administrator at the National Building Society since May 2021, Samuel ensures reliable support for the bank's LAN and WAN, achieving a notable 99.9% network uptime. Prior to this role, Samuel worked as a System Support Specialist for the City of Harare, where responsibilities included vendor negotiations, disaster recovery testing, and network connectivity management. Additional experience includes a role as an ICT Graduate Trainee at Inclusive Financial Services, focusing on networking and network security, and an internship at the Department of Deeds Companies and Intellectual Property, where Samuel improved network performance. Samuel holds an Executive Certificate in Project Management from the University of Zimbabwe and a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Information Systems from Midlands State University.
