Nirvan Biswas

Mr Nirvan Biswas is an IT leader with over 15 years of rich experience across a diverse set of companies.

As the Chief Information & Platforms Officer of NBHC, Mr Biswas is involved in strategic planning and implementation of technologies that will enhance the operational efficiency of NBHC's highly distributed operations and allow greater measurement and mitigation of risks.

Mr. Biswas was awarded the Newcomer CTO Award at the CIO Strategies Indian Awards 2008 by Time Magazine for SOA Implementation and the 2nd Runner up CTO Awards 2004 by Indian Express Group for the First Implementation of Cluster Framework in a VPN environment.

Prior to NBHC, Mr Biswas has been associated with other companies where he was the CTO like Performics , Zenith Optimedia , Mobilix and MiDDAY group, Rediff.com apart from working in consulting firms such as Boston Consulting as engineering practice lead.

Mr Biswas is a Computer Science graduate from IIT Mumbai.
